No. The race kit type chosen at checkout is final and cannot be changed.
Race kits are non-refundable but transferable. You may share it with a family member or friend if you cannot attend.
Yes. The authorized representative must bring:
-A copy of the URC email
-Authorization letter signed by the race kit owner
-A photocopy of the owner’s valid ID
-A photocopy of the claimant’s valid ID
No additional charge for in-store claiming. Delivery fees apply if you choose the delivery option through Hyve.

Yes. The official cut-off time is 7:00 AM to comply with road regulations.
There will be no podium finishers or competitive awards, as The Music Run is a fun run focused on participation, music, and community. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, enjoy the experience, and Live the Beat!
No. This is a fun run, so no timing chips will be used.
Refunds are generally not offered. In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoon, fire, natural calamities), official announcements will be made.
Children below 7 years old are not allowed.
Minors (7–17 years old) must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (maximum ratio: 4 minors per 1 adult) or must present a signed waiver at the venue.
We will be sending a race guide a few days before event day. Please keep an eye on your email as we'll be sending it to everyone.
Just like any race, preparation is key to having a great run! Make sure your checklist includes getting plenty of rest, regular practice runs, warm-ups, and setting a personal goal to keep you motivated. With the right preparation, you’ll be ready to tackle the course and enjoy every stride on race day!

Size chart is available in our registration portal. You may choose the size of your shirt upon registration.
We understand the importance of comfort during the run, and we can guarantee that the event singlet will be as comfortable as it should be. We want to ensure that all participants wear the event singlet and shirts. But in case you want to wear your own singlet/ Shirt that's also fine.
You'll be receiving an email confirmation once you've successfully registered. The email contains the confirmation reference ID you can present during kit claiming expo.
It will be on August 22, 2026, 7:00 AM onwards at the designated Ticket Redemption Area at The Music Run race venue.
Ticket redemption is available only to registered participants who:
- Purchased a Run & Party + Acer Day Concert bundle
- Attended The Music Run on race day; and
- Have the original Acer Day ticket stub attached to their race bib.
Kindly note that 1 ticket is equivalent to 1 participant only. In order to claim the ticket, participant must present the Acer stub attached in the race bib.
1. Proceed to the designated redemption booth corresponding to the Acer Day Concert bundle purchased.
2. Present the Acer stub attached to the original race bib.
3. HyveSports personnel will verify the participant’s Acer stub, registration details, and concert-ticket category. The participant may be asked to present a registration confirmation or valid ID if additional verification is needed.
4. Once verified, HyveSports personnel will detach and retain the Acer stub. The participant’s record will be marked as claimed to prevent duplicate redemption.
5. HyveSports personnel will release one Acer Day Concert ticket corresponding to the participant’s registered bundle. Participants must check the ticket category before leaving the booth.
Yes, you may join the run and give the concert ticket to someone else. However, the registered runner must personally claim the ticket on race day. Once claimed, you are free to give it to anyone you choose.
The ticket is a finisher’s item, so the registered runner must participate in and complete The Music Run before claiming the ticket on race day.
You will not be able to claim your Acer Day concert ticket without your race bib and Acer stub, as these are required for verification. Please keep them secure and bring them with you to the ticket redemption booth on race day
Lost Acer Day concert tickets cannot be replaced or reissued once they have been released and claimed. The physical ticket is required for entry, so please keep it safe and secure until the concert.
The Acer Day performers will not be performing at The Music Run, as they will be preparing for the Acer Day concert. However, runners can still look forward to an exciting music-filled run and post-run party! 🎶
